1. Orders & Shipping : When / how will my order ship?

All items are lovingly packaged and then shipped via USPS. All orders will be shipped out within 2 to 3 weeks and often sooner (including international orders)! International Orders : Please note that if your package is held up in customs, your order will naturally take a bit longer to arrive. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.

2. Returns : What is your return policy?

We do accept returns of non-damaged and unworn items. Please reach out to us through our contact page or to help@foolishfetish.com before shipping your item back!

You can return your order up to 10 days after your package has been received. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please make sure your item is packaged safe and securely! Credit or exchanges are not currently offered.

3. Repairs: Do you offer repairs of your jewelry?

Whilst durable, laser cut acrylic is not indestructible and may eventually break with consistent wear and tear over the years. Typically it will break at a joint and can usually be repaired! I suggest using a jewelry super glue or an acrylic adhesive like Tensol. Treat it with love and care and it will last! Please feel free to reach out to me through the contact page with any issues or questions.

However, we do offer a one month warranty on all acrylic jewelry items and will be happy to offer a refund or replacement item to resolve the issue. Please reach out with a photo to help@foolishfetish.com.

4. Care: How do I care for my Foolish Fetish jewelry?

Acrylic : 
Acrylic jewelry is pretty low maintenance! To clean any smudges or marks, simply use a soft dry cloth (microfiber works great) to wipe down your piece. Dampen the cloth with a few drops of water for anything tougher. 

Sterling Silver : 
Sterling silver, which I use for all earring clasps and connectors, tarnishes easily due to its composition. If your items looks dirty, it just needs a quick shine with an anti-tarnish cloth. You can also give it a wash with soap & water or baking soda & water. Wear often and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
